Tirgus\nuzraudz\u012bbas ietvaros KP ir konstat\u0113jusi vair\u0101kus riskus, kurus pirc\u0113jiem b\u016btu\nj\u0101izv\u0113rt\u0113, lai to r\u012bc\u012bba netiktu pak\u013cauta Negod\u012bgas tirdzniec\u012bbas prakses\naizlieguma likum\u0101 (turpm\u0101k&nbsp;\u2013 NTPAL) noteiktajiem aizliegumiem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Vair\u0101kos pirc\u0113ju un pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ju\nl\u012bgumos sankciju piem\u0113ro\u0161anas noteikumi at\u0161\u0137iras akcijas un \u0101rpus akcijas\nprec\u0113m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ta\u010du l\u012bgumos nav skaidru noteikumu, k\u0101di p\u0101rk\u0101puma\napst\u0101k\u013ci tiks \u0146emti v\u0113r\u0101 un k\u0101das sankcijas pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jiem \u0161\u0101dos apst\u0101k\u013cos tiks\npiem\u0113rotas. Attiec\u012bgi\nb\u016btu v\u0113rt\u0113jams, vai l\u012bgumsoda apm\u0113rs par \u0161\u0101du l\u012bguma noteikumu neizpildi\natbilst god\u012bgai tirdzniec\u012bbas praksei un pras\u012bb\u0101m par labu tic\u012bbu un godpr\u0101t\u012bbu\ndar\u012bjumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Pirc\u0113ju un to pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ju l\u012bgumos\nnav pien\u0101c\u012bgi paredz\u0113ta k\u0101rt\u012bba, k\u0101d\u0101 veid\u0101 pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jam b\u016btu j\u0101sazin\u0101s\ngad\u012bjum\u0101, ja tas nevar nodro\u0161in\u0101t pre\u010du pieg\u0101di. Vienlaic\u012bgi da\u013cai pirc\u0113ju un\npieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ju l\u012bgumos ir paredz\u0113ti vienas l\u012bdz tr\u012bs ned\u0113\u013cu gari termi\u0146i, lai\ninform\u0113tu pirc\u0113ju atbild\u012bgo personu par neiesp\u0113jam\u012bbu veikt pieg\u0101di noteiktaj\u0101\napjom\u0101 vai laik\u0101. Pirc\u0113ju piem\u0113rotais sankciju\napm\u0113rs pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jiem par pre\u010du nepieg\u0101di visp\u0101r, par pre\u010du nepieg\u0101di piln\u0101\napjom\u0101 un par pre\u010du nepieg\u0101di termi\u0146\u0101, KP ieskat\u0101, ir v\u0113rt\u0113jams k\u0101 ekonomiski\nnoz\u012bm\u012bgs \u2013 atkar\u012bb\u0101 no pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ja lieluma piem\u0113roto l\u012bgumsodu v\u0113rt\u012bba veido\ndesmitus t\u016bksto\u0161us vai pat miljonus eiro.
